The Purpose of Southeastern Hummer Club
The primary purpose, aim, and objective of the club is to: promote the safe use and enjoyment of Hummer vehicles in a family oriented atmosphere; promote information exchange among its members to develop a better understanding of the Hummer vehicles and their safe use; seek to enlist members on a southeastern regional basis and to hold and sponsor events; encourage land use consistent with the guidelines set forth by the Tread Lightly! organization; encourage its members to use both vehicles and land resources safely along the guidelines set forth by the United Four Wheel Drive Associations; and primarily be a social and educational entity, encouraging its members to be active in land use advocacy and community service. The South Eastern Hummer Club is run by member volunteers. These members are working to bring Hummer owners together with a southeastern regional newsletter, a web site, and Club events. If you like organized, family-oriented activities with Hummers and Hummer owners, then The Southeastern Hummer Club is for you! Whether it's hardcore, moderate or scenic trail rides, you will find that we do them all and we do them right with an emphasis on responsible four-wheeling. We are serious about safety and environmentally correct off-roading. As an organization, the Southeastern Hummer Club has the ability to access the resources of our sponsors and frequently has technicians and parts support at major events. Our major events feature learning trails for new off-roaders and activities designed for the whole family. The Southeastern Hummer Club welcomes all Hummer vehicles. The Southeastern Hummer Club will soon be a strong, established organization that will only get better with your help. Join in, support the Southeastern Hummer Club. With your participation, the Club will continue to grow for the benefit of Hummer owners. For more information you can e-mail us at SE HUMMER CLUB
